  1. Where are your jewelry pieces made?

    All of our jewelry pieces are made in Italy.

  2. What type of gold are your jewelry pieces made of?

    All of our jewelry pieces are made of 18k gold.

  3. What is the difference between 14k and 18k gold?

    The “k” stands for karat and it expresses the percentage of gold in an alloy. An 18k gold jewelry piece contains 75% gold, whereas a 14k gold jewelry piece only contains 58.3% gold. 18k gold therefore possesses a higher value as it contains a higher percentage of gold and it also has a richer, more intense color.

  4. Where do you currently ship to?

    We currently ship to the United States( all 50 states) and Canada.

  5. How much does shipping cost and which carrier do you use?

    We are very happy to offer our cherished customers complimentary 2 business day shipping via FedEx.

  6. Do you have a brick and mortar store?

    We do not have a physical store. Marioni is an online fine jewelry boutique and our mission is to make your shopping experience as fast, convenient, practical and enjoyable as possible.

  7. How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?

    Once the package is dispatched from the Marioni headquarters, it should take 2 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are usually processed by us within 1-2 business days, subject to product availability.

  8. Can I return the product?

    Absolutely! If you wish to return or exchange the product for a different size or color, we accept returns within 10 days of you receiving the item(s).

  9. Where else can I find your jewelry pieces?

    At the moment, the only place where you can find our jewelry is on our official website.

  10. Can I have my Signature bracelet engraved?

    Of course! We offer complimentary engraving services for the Signature bracelet, however, please keep in mind that engraved bracelets cannot be returned. All sales for engraved/ personalized items are final. Thank you for your understanding!

  11. Why are there only a few jewelry pieces per collection?

    We release capsule collections- meaning only a handful of jewelry pieces at a time, because we believe that simplicity is the key, we want to keep things minimal and make sure that we focus on the quality of our products and not on the quantity.

  12. Do you offer a warranty certificate for your jewelry?

    Yes! Marioni warrants the jewelry pieces against manufacturing defects for the period of two years from the date of purchase, under normal use. The Marioni warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, misuse, abuse or neglect. Marioni will remedy any covered defect at no cost to the consumer. once the consumer delivers the jewelry item, with the original warranty card to the Official Marioni Jewelry Service Center. For further details regarding the return, please email us at warranty@marionijewelry.com and we will provide you with the necessary steps to follow. Our warranty will be valid only if (1) the jewelry piece was sold to a consumer by the Official Marioni Store or by one of its authorized sellers and (2) the warranty card is completely filled out by the Official Marioni Store or by any authorized seller at the time of purchase. This warranty is void if there is any intervention by a third party, or if the jewelry item is modified by the addition or substitution of parts or accessories not supplied by Marioni.
